Your checklist stays in your browser
Owned and mastered states, filters, and theme preference are stored in your
browser using localStorage. We do not require an account and do not
upload your checklist to a Sprite Checklist database.
Resetting the checklist or clearing this site's browser storage removes that local copy. A backup file you downloaded remains wherever you saved it.
Shared links and backup files
A share link encodes your owned and mastered states in the link itself. Anyone who receives that link can read and import the shared state, so treat it as public. Backup files contain the same checklist state plus export metadata and are handled entirely by your browser.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate use of the site, such as pages viewed, broad device and browser information, country-level location, and actions like changing an entry, printing, sharing, or switching themes. Checklist event names may include a Sprite and variant identifier, but we do not send your name, email address, backup file, or complete checklist state.
Analytics loads without a separate consent banner because this site does not offer personalized advertising, accounts, or optional marketing cookies. Google Analytics may still use identifiers or cookies and process data on Google's systems. We disable Google signals in our configuration and request IP anonymization. You can block analytics with browser privacy controls, a content blocker, or JavaScript settings; the checklist will continue to work.

Server and operational logs
Our hosting and security provider may process routine request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Those logs are separate from your browser-local checklist.
If you contact us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to send. Do not include passwords, account credentials, or sensitive personal data.
Your choices
- Use Reset checklist or clear site data in your browser to delete local progress.
- Do not create or send a share link if you do not want its state disclosed.
- Block Google Analytics with browser or network privacy controls.
- Contact support@spritechecklistfortnite.com with privacy questions.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised update date.
