Patch v42.10 adds Storm Scout, X-Ray, Onigiri, Overshield, Mega Man. X-Ray and Onigiri are the first two Design-A-Sprite winners released; the verified current collection now totals 16 names and 47 obtainable entries.

What changed from the old 117-entry page
The earlier page described the last Season 3 additions. Those facts remain historically useful, but they no longer answer “what is new” in the live season. The updated page gives the active generation priority and moves the 117-entry state into the past-season archive.
